"We kept those exactly as they were," Fusillo said. Fusillo, who has worked in the restaurant industry for years, credits the reataurant's success to its customers. "We have really taken to each other," she said of the restaurant's relationship with its customers, "and we always strive to offer great service and food."
La Fiesta offers Mexican dishes such as Carne Asada and fajitas, along with steaks and seafood. "The food was so good," said recent diner Merrilee Loy. "We've liked what they've done and have been here several times, and we'll keep coming back."
